📌 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• It is returned with original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (order details/receipt)

⏳ Return Time frame

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery
• Requests after this period may not be accepted

💰 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued via:
  • Bank transfer
  • EasyPaisa/JazzCash (for COD orders)

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the issue
